Foodie Friday: Grilled Butterkase

It’s farmers market season again! The Green City Market moved back outside at the beginning of this month, and last weekend I stopped in to get what could quite possibly be the best grilled cheese panini in Chicago (I couldn’t even wait long enough to take a picture before I took a bite!). Prairie Pure Cheese grills up these delicious, no frills sammies: just Butterkase cheese, bread from Bennison Bakery and fresh butter from Nordic Creamery. At $6 a pop, they’re not cheap, but they are so worth it!
